Fronius Solar.web for Android

1. I live in another time zone as I run fronius. I’m 9 hours behind. Would be great, if app can use local time and date. Not time and date from Android. I have 23:30 Sunday, but my fronius runs already 8:30 on Monday. To see Monday graph, I need to wait to 00:01. 2. App doesn’t start. Only white page. Luckily there is still old solar.web which works including historical data.

I have registered, put in password, then tried to login. App replies incorrect login/password. Will send email directions, but I get no email!!!! I have tried multiple times, no email.. In spam, in trash, nowhere. Please fix!

When the app is running I have no complaints. I’ve only had it installed for a week, so I’m still getting to know it. However, almost every time I open the app it asks me login again with username and password! Surely it should remember this for longer periods of time.

When it works, the app is great. But every week or two the daily energy tallies (as viewed in the month view) freeze up and stop recording. Tech support says to clear the cache and/or delete and reload the app, both of which I have done; following this intervention the app tracks fine for a few days and then the same problem shows up again. Rather frustrating. Separate issue - sometimes when I open the app a get only a white screen which lasts for at least 10 seconds, after which I give up and close the app.

With the latest update I have to log out and log back in to see my monthly amounts. It freezes on whatever day I load and even though it updates the daily the monthly won’t.
