    • Not worth subscribing

      This app is pretty much just a timer. It needs more tools to be worth a subscription. I’m using a second app to count calories. The journal to log food seems pointless since it doesn’t offer coaching based on what you’ve logged. The only notification is to let you know when your fast starts and ends which I could easily set on my alarm for free. Same with the step counter (free on my phone) I expected more helpful tips and motivational tools. This app seems to be more about fasting education rather than a helpful weight loss tool. It’s loaded with articles about fasting but I was looking for more of a coaching app. Since paying for the app I don’t feel it has done anything for me that I wasn’t already doing on my own, which is pretty much timing my fast and counting my steps. Again not worth paying for a subscription.

      This app has been advertised on my social media for some time so, given the great reviews, I decided to try it. I completed the questionnaire and was immediately prompted to pay for a subscription- WTH? This is mentioned nowhere in their advertisements! There’s also no option for a free trial. It cost $7 a week which is fairly steep for not knowing if it’s fit for tote lifestyle. I immediately deleted the app. If you’re looking for weight loss, I recommend starting elsewhere. The great reviews are clearly not what they seem…

      I don’t write reviews that often, but this app is really convenient. I guess that’s what you’re paying for. User interface is quite friendly, and all the features are well designed. Great app not only for fasting, but in general to keep track of what you ate, drink water, and move more
