Confusing user experience and lack of platform parity

I’m new to UTR and the app. Created a singles event. The app allowed four opponents to accept the match. It should only allow one opponent to accept.This created confusion for everyone. To make things worse, the event suddenly vanished on the app. I found it again on the desktop version. This is my second UTR trial after 3+ years. Disappointing. I’d really like to see this system, organization, and its product improve.

Chat is super laggy

Cant copy/paste in chat. Also interface very laggy and difficult to use

Can’t open app

I like the website, so I thought I’d try the app. However, when I downloaded it, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried everything- I deleted and redownloaded, restarted my phone, everything. It’s just stuck on the loading screen forever and it’s completely unusable.

Get rid of the "paid hits" option, please

Can someone create an update where you can get rid of paid hits option? Also, huge problem when a tournament is cancalled, since no notifications are sent. The tournament simply disappears

User experience is horrible

Cannot figure out how to navigate this app. Trying to figure out when/who I play and I have no idea where to go. The layout and options, colors, notifications, everything about the app is bad. Needs to be redone.
