How in this day and age of technology does Stallantis allow this user experience? It worked great for months then “Activation Services in Progress” for weeks. Come on Jeep. J.
I run a car rental business where the remote services are absolutely vital. But the unlock feature hardly works when I need it to. So I have renters standing outside the car with no access. Then when I call to have it unlocked, the person on the other end cannot help me and it takes so long to get connected with someone. I have 5 cars so every month I pay way too much money for this not to work.
Love the app but often it will fail to connect
I’m assuming this is for new vehicles as it doesn’t recognize my vin or barcode
Bought car in September it doesn’t work anymore asking for subscription it’s a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee l meanwhile my kias still works I bought car in April and that Kia app makes this jeep look like something from the dial up days
