Not connecting

This will longer connect to the bot. The blue eyes flash on the robot like it’s ready to connect but when we connect in the app it doesn’t sync to the bot! Please resolve this issue to save my sanity from my 6 year old who wants to play with this bot!

My brother got me this for Christmas and it wasn’t that hard of a set up. Sadly the voice control does not work but other than that this is something I would use if I’m bored!
