I IMMEDIATELY SAW THEY HAD INCORRECT ADDRESS TO SHIP ITEMS TO. SO I PUT CORRECT INFO IN & FOLLOWED UP WITH AN EMAIL TO ALERT THEM IN THE MATTER. NOW THIS IS ALL IN THE SAME DAY. I GET AN EMAIL STATING THAT PACKAGE WAS SENT OFF FROM COMPANY ALREADY & THAT I SHOULD CONTACT MY LOCAL DELIVERY COMPANY, NOTHING ON TRYING TO HELP ME ON THE MATTER AT ALL. SO I CALLED BOTH OF MY LOCAL USPS & I EVEN WENT TO BOTH OF THEM TO LET THEM KNOW & ASK QUESTIONS ON WHAT I COULD DO, STILL NOTHING FROM USPS. SO WHEN PACKAGE FINALLY SHOWED SHIPPED, I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED OH BTW IS THE ONLY WAY I COULD CONTACT THIS COMPANY. I EMAILED TO MAKE THEM AWARE PACKAGE WAS NOW DELIVERED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS BUT NOT IN MY CARE. THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND AT 1ST BUT WHEN THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO DO SO I WAS TOLD THEY WASNT REFUNDING THE SHIPPING FEE…So this was my 1st experience with this company😖NOT TRUE I EMAILED THE DAY OF PURCHASE & I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS/SCREENSHOTS TO SHOW.
