    • Ladder is an Awesome App

      After being sidelined by an injury for the past six months I’m finally starting back to regain the fitness level that I lost. I found the Ladder App to allow me the versatility to build on my wins. I’m currently with Team EMPWR and Coach Courtney is kicking my butt. I plan on taking advantage of the the other coaches and programs in the future as I progress. The Ladder App really has so much to offer everyone. Frank

      I absolutely love this app. I like the option to choose from multiple coaches to work with so that you can really pick someone who will help you work towards your goals. I am an athlete and I wanted an athletic trainer so I picked Kelly Mathews who I’ve been following on social media for at least a year. I love that this app takes the guessing work out of writing your own routine in the gym. I love working out but I hate writing my workouts lol. I give this app a 10/10. I love Ladder.

    • Absolutely Incredible!

      I’ve tried so many apps over the years, and none of them compare to this! Is strength training is your focus, look no further! I’m on team Treigning Day, and Coach Reign and Coach Neen are incredible!!! I’ve got some friends that are on EMPWR, as well as Limitless and Crews Control, and they can’t stop raving about their teams as well. I’m sure all of the coaches on this app are amazing, and that’s another thing that’s great! You’ve got several options so you’re able to find a coach that fits your needs and style. You won’t regret going for it!

      So I have never paid for a workout app EVER until this one. It has me motivated and stronger than I’ve ever been. Also, I look great. What I like: The coach is in your ear the whole time and it allows you to listen to music too while you workout. Has workouts that are reasonable to complete Gives alternatives if you can’t do the workout You can choose a coach that fits your goals Really a great app and I have been doing it for weeks now
