I can’t use the “create account” button after filling out the create account form. Android se 2020. Tapping it takes me to the text box to create a password.

Tried preregistration but was not able to move forward. Put in information on Tricare but do not have phone number nor addresses… app would not allow me to save and move forward… frustrating!

Impossible to access medical records. One attempt then says wait 24 hours before another attempt.

Worse hospital ever

Only one star for nurse Jason, we supposed to be discharge at 3 am and now it’s 10:10pm and we are still in a hospital. Hard to find the nurse, my dad call the nurse and she came 2 hours after with attitude. We supposed to get trained with nurse nobody was available. You can not compare this hospital to utsw or other. Worse hospital ever
