Several of our team use iPhones and for whatever reason the app will refuse to connect to Bluetooth headsets. It’s very random and annoying especially if you answered a call and it connected but then the next call it doesn’t. Also, messages and call history will sometimes disappear and you have to force close then reopen to get them back.
Go To has been a lifesaver for the dental practice! It’s not just easy to order and set up the sales team, onboard training team and ongoing support team is AMAZINGLY PATIENT because I am not very tech savvy at all! I was forced to change because of a family illness and had to work from another state. Due to necessity I was forced to make a change. I wish I did this a long time ago. It has been so easy to use so easy and accurate to track my phone calls and to go back to voice messages too. The fact that we were already using Lighthouse 360 so integrating the two software programs was seamless. It brought the practice to another level in patient service! I love it so much please use me as a reference for GoTo!
Downloaded to attend a webinar. Went back to webinar invitation and clicked the meeting link. It opens up a blank GoTo entry screen and I had to manually enter meeting number. Meeting started but no audio. Had to sign out and back in to get audio. After that all acceptable but others provide same acceptable (or better) service without the headaches.
Whenever I try to do a warm transfer and have to dial multiple options, it gives me the option to transfer, but it doesn’t actually do it. The call still remains in the background.
Still can’t start a txt, still misses calls every day. Still has terrible customer support. But please, redesign the app a dozen more times and change the company name, that should help. Jive, gotoconnect, goto, gotomeeting, whatever it is now. This app should embarrass you. Unacceptable
