5. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, $24.99 per year or $4.99 per month for SpinPower Connect.

6. Track runs, bike rides, Spinning® and other fitness activities like rowing and elliptical.

7. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription defined above, where applicable.

8. Note that subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

9. Any auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your user's Account Settings after purchase.
