There are a lot of ways to pay for apps and services, subscriptions are definitely one. However when your customer base are people seeking help for mental health, a company has a responsibility to ensure their marketing represents their attitude in how the service is payed for. the price is not necessary unfair and subscription isn’t a bad way to pay for a continuous benefit. my problem is the marketing behind it. Exploiting your consumers, who are seeking actual mental help, by saying “FREE this FREE that FREE” and then immediately limiting them and not giving any resources to help other than in app shows a lack of care for people who were hopeful to, at minimum, get what they were advertised as free. You have a great tool to help people in need, especially with the world on fire right now, but this company definitely knows where their priorities lie, in profits and gains.

    • The app is beautifully done but $9/WEEK

This is something that I really really needed. They have lots of tests to help me learn more about myself. It seems so wonderful. However, you can only take one test before you must pay almost $9/WEEK! Very sadly, I can not afford this. Since almost all the features are now locked, I can not use it for what I desperately need. The creators of this app are so kind to create something so beautiful, praise God for these sweet people. I didn’t get to dive too much into it but I did not come across any LGBTQ+ stuff which is also wonderful to get a break from that evil stuff. I may be wrong about that not being on the app but from what I saw, it was NOT there! Hallelujah!

    • Don’t buy

Bought this on a whim and tried out the free trial. I did 5 quizzes and played both games and it seems these quizzes are just asked you questions focused on one subject ENTIRELY and gives you simple answers that you know it’ll give a certain outcome to. There’s a quiz titled “emotional burnout” and some 90% of the questions asked about how tired you usually are from work… there’s an introvert/extrovert quiz on here too that basically will tell you whatever you wanna hear based off your simple answers of what you prefer when it comes to outside vs inside activities. Don’t recommend this quizlet/buzzfeed type of “mental awareness” app that just tells you and asks you obvious stuff.

    • way too much for what its worth

the app advertises its unique features: the tests, courses, et cetera. except theres one thing, you have to pay $8.49 a week for 98% of this apps actual helpful features. you’d have to pay nearly $35 a MONTH for quizzes you can find online and get the same, if not better results. sure, the free mood trackers are great and all, but how are we supposed to get better without the quizzes to recognize some of the issues and learn about ourselves and the courses to learn what it MEANS to have these issues. you’d be better off going to google to find what youre looking for.

    • Asked you for money to use any feature

Almost any feature requires an 8$/month subscription.. waste of money, more free apps and sites have better info, don’t waste money like I did! Gl! :)
