Faulty syncing

This app is great when it works. For some reason the sleep party won’t sync but everything else does. One day it works and the next it doesn’t register a thing. I’ve tried restarting the app and nothing helps.

I can’t even use this app

i keep trying to make an account but it just says “network anomalies. please try again later”. i literally just want to connect to my phone so that i can get the time right and messages. shame

Cubitt Jr compatibility issues

Cannot connect Cubitt Jr watch to app via Bluetooth. Continue to get the message “network anomalies”. Very frustrating. If corrected would be happy to return and improve rating.
