I’m sure this is a great app, but I can’t seem to get storms to display. No green, orange or red blobs appear over the entire US country. I would think the author would be obligated to post on YouTube a getting started video. So far for the 8 or 9 dollars I spent on this app, it was a waste of money. Show me the basics and I’ll change my review.

I have tried several times to load on the new Mobile and will some times load but if I turn off the tablet, it may not load again even tho it did earlier and I have paid the fee for using it, I want to be able to pick up the tablet and have it come on not just the symbol and say loading and have nothing happen. H E L P
I have had problems from the start with this program and reached out to them for help almost a month ago. They took about a week to initially get back with me and now I have not heard back from them in a week. Absolutely poor customer service, I do not recommend at all.
If you purchase a subscription then you cannot cancel it. Literally it’s a link to cancel and it just loops to your subs in App Store but has no option for cancel. Wow. Reporting this to CC as fraud.
