App used to be great. I love the heart points because it forces you to get your heart rate up to get more points. The last couple of weeks tho are a different story. Steps and points jumping up and down throughout the day. It’s nothing for the steps to be down 2000 from other pedometer apps in a single day. Some days down 4000 steps. Running out of patience with this app.
I’m having to log in and out of my google account to get an accurate step count and heart points…I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app but unless I log out and in…I’m still experiencing issues …any solutions?
The calorie count is bugging. It says I’m burning calories when I’m sleeping and my phone is not moving at all. I love this app but it’s frustrating that such an important feature is so consistently buggy and inaccurate.
I used to love this app but now it randomly changes the distances of my runs. For example today I did a 4.7 mile run. At first it showed 4.7 but just five minutes ago it changed to 3.2. SMH Update: tried the App again and it is still garbage. Changed the statistics on a ride while I was looking at the screen. And of course Google doesn’t care.
