I am having trouble with the anytime pay it saying it’s down it does it at times
The Temporary Schedule Adjustment tab needs to be available for mobile use. It’s irritating and inconvenient to access it at work and even worse when you have to go through HR to ‘open a case’ or whatever you’re supposed to do. There just needs to be an easier way to apply for accommodation because I’m getting different answers from HR and ERC and it’s frustrating to the point where I’m gonna lose it because I need this sorted out ASAP. I’m already nearing two weeks from when I need it.
A lot of us associates work nights at some point during our shift. Our eyes are already tired and dried out, then we have to look at an all white app when we need to check our time or schedule. It would be great if you added dark mode which has been available on Android for years now.
All information and necessary tasks work well. However, VET notifications act like they are on dial-up. Most notifications arrive after the VET shift has already started. Might want to address notification issues.
Always on point!
