Great for its price. I just hate the ads once I open the app to check on the cams. Cloud services keeps on popping and it's annoying. Also having a hard time setting 4 of the cams. It keep on "connecting". Compared it to my Xiaomi cam, features and connectivity, whole lot different. It serves its purpose, just not that satisfied. But product is still okay giving it a 4 star. ADS ARE ANNOYING! Don't need to purchase the Cloud services if I can install SD Cards.
We tried installing our camera for over an hour when I started paying more attention to the app I realized a lot of things were off. First off the app looks nothing like the one described in the packaging, also all the steps it takes to cancel are super shady and it won’t even let you cancel it keeps saying error or check your connection for everything. This is definitely a foreign app used for malice I regret putting my info in.
So after I upgraded to fiber internet these became obsolete. Found out the won’t work on it according to support.
Crammed full of pop up adds
First off, the developer does not respond to anyone and there is no support. Secondly, there are extreme security concerns here and requires permissions that are not needed to make the camera work properly. Rather the permissions are to TRACK OUR OUR PHONE’S MOVEMENT, and to customize ads that dominate the application. This company is not about selling security, rather they are about selling advertising space. The app is basically a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I’m returning all of my units back to Amazon tomorrow. BUYER BE WARE. Read the reviews, some of which are very serious.
