I have been trying to get a hold of someone to help but no responses. I purchased the premium version of this app when I had my Android. But switched over to Android a couple months ago and would like my premium subscription switched over. It’s trying to charge me premium again and I’ve already paid for it. But I can’t reach ANYONE by email so trying here and hopefully someone will contact me. The app itself is great but I am NOT paying for it twice!!!

Hey guys, so I recently subscribed to the 3 day trail which if not mistaken should grant me all out acres till I am charged the 49$ but it isn’t allowing me access after starting up the 3 day trail. So gotta zonk y’all for that. Let’s maybe get a fix or an update. I’ve always been loyal to you guys because this has got to be the best hands down Fax type app out there so I’d like to see some loyalty in a fix you know? Appreciate it.
