Horrible downgrade from prior app

I’ve got a juice box home EV charger. Great unit. Engel X forced users to upgrade to this new app to have maps of local chargers. However the app functionality for home charged is horrible. Big downgrade from last app. Hard to control the time and amount of charging. PLEASE FIX!!

Terrible and 3+ years behind

Why was I forced to change this app from Ev JuiceNet. The other app was 100000% better. This app has zero functionality other than seeing live charge rates. My vehicle make/model also isn’t even in here. My car is now 3 years old. Very disappointing and poor excuse for an app for a wifi EV charger I spent over $700 on that now barely offers any wifi support. Feels like bait and switch to me! BTW, my car is a 2021 Rav4 Prime XSE (purchased in 2020). How about getting it added in as a vehicle option. The lists of EVs and PHEVs are ALL OVER the internet. Not hard to find!!

Additional gripe about this awful app

I look at this app several times a day. I do NOT want to enter login information every time I use it! FIX THIS ABOMINATION OF AN APP.

Doesn’t migrate your old data

Not only do you have to re-register with the new app, but in spite of their claims that it will automatically link to your old account and transfer your information and charger… it doesn’t. So enjoy reconfiguring your entire setup!

Why is this so hard?

The app that I loaded when I bought my JuiceBox a year and a half ago stopped working. I loaded a new version..but it didn’t work. I just got an email from EnelX saying that it’s no longer supporting the app and I need to load a new one. So I did..and the install was a buggy mess. Why is this so hard?
