The App is no longer working I just get error messages when I open it or try to use it. It’s non functional.
The app continues to crash, halt midst shopping and has an unnecessary refresh rate that slows down shopping
When I first used the app everything was great the first couple of times but after that they would never get anything right. The same day delivery is not accurate. Whenever it says coming tomorrow or today I never get it and when i call the only thing they can say is it’s not in stock but the app says it is. Apparently they’ve told corporate about it but no one does anything. I tried the repeat delivery to avoid this problem but still ran into the same thing.
Very glitchy. Constantly logs me out. Lags a lot. Very annoying.
I never writer reviews for apps…patience is required to get things improved. I get that… unless it is really bad. And this app is THE one. 1) it ALWAYS requires an update…yet, it still responds fairly slow, which is ridiculous. What exactly are u updating?! 2) now we are talking the bummer of the app, slow, very slow…and from time to time, I can’t log in due to that. I don’t know how could the time-out happen soooo frequently? Don’t forget, they update their app often! Huh…3) the website is of the same poor quality…I can’t even click the account button to log in….I tried edge, safari and chrome. please stop updating the app soooo often WITHOUT tackling some real technical issues.
