I don’t understand why the rewards program data is shown only occasionally in this app.
This app is okay. I have more then one member and I can not add the second member. Not very helpful at all.
Participants in the UnitedHealthOne health insurance plans through Golden Rule Insurance Company cannot use this app. Real shame and unclear to me who is to blame UHC or Golden Rule. If this insurance is truly UHC then UHC either needs to include UHO participants access to their accounts and cards etc through this app, or create a second app for this group. Thanks
If you want to use the app to directly contact providers in your network (because we all want to save money in this faulty healthcare system) good luck. I’ve have spent all morning calling provider after provider in their lists only to find out the info in the app is a hair salon or located on the other side of the country. UHC is sloppy and lazy in the resources they offer. Incredibly frustrating.
