Six Pack in 30 Days for Android

We need a search function to search for exercises by name when creating our own custom workouts. Thank you

I just started the app to try and get abs and so far its working.#feel the burn

It works great. Sadly it’s not fully free anymore.

This is like the only app that actually helps me get in shape

I didn’t think much of the App when I first stumbled upon it but I figured I’d give it a shot since it was free. After entering a few body stats and goals it recommended the Intermediate program. Let me tell you I was challenged to say the least, but I completed all the exercises to the best of my ability and it paid off! Thirty days later my abs are ALOT firmer; I still have yet to see the 6-Pack (I can actually feel them under a thin layer of fat) but given the sorry state my belly was in prior, this App is amazing. As for those reviewers giving the App a low rating because it offers you a yearly subscription after downloading the App, I say sign up for the Trial and cancel prior to being billed. Your 30-Day program will continue unaffected. At the end of the program you’re given the option to Redo the free 30-Day exercises or click on Discover to browse other exercises—ALL FREE—that cater to you goals, be they firming, building muscle and/or stretching, etc. As for the yearly subscription, it was NEVER encountered again. Should you decide to invest the $29.99 into your health, just go to your Google subscriptions and reactivate the subscription. I don’t see why people have an issue with this App.
