Wodify Rise for Android

It said my email did not exist

Signed up for a challenge through my gym only to discover a week into it that it doesn’t work with a ChromeBook. The phone app isn’t much better and it doesn’t allow you to complete the days you missed. I messaged to site and received no call back, just a bot telling me that they created a ticket for my issue; same as the IT department where I work! I love my gym but really don’t like Wodify and wish we could go with BTWB.

This app is terrible! Is constantly telling me the connection has timed out or “oops something went wrong” No matter where I am service wise, it’s always the same. I have to save my food multiple times a day because it doesn’t actually “save” it. When I click that I “yes” completed a task, it will tell me “sorry, better luck next time” it changes it to “no”!!! So frustrating! The next challenge my Crossfit box does, I will highly advise not using this app. It is NOT worth the frustration or the time! It definitely kills the joy of a good days worth of progress when you have to input your data at the end of the day!!

This is my fifth challenge using the Wodify Rise App in just over a years time. The same problems on my first challenge are the same problems with the fifth. Crashes multiple times a week. Unable to enter my points, have to reset passwords often only to have access denied saying my account doesn’t exist. Often the challenges are there but when I hit “yes” in “did you complete this task” it brings me back to my challenge list to show I didn’t do it. Overall, Wodify and Wodify Rise are extremely frustrating to use due to how many times a week their app(s) crash or don’t work properly.

The app struggles to load daily challenges, the user interface is poor, and the amount of time I spend trying to get the app to open is insane. All wodify apps are a disappointment.
