Once again

Guess you had an update. Not happy, I log in like I do every morning. Hmmm, I was still logged in from yesterday. I logged out yesterday try to log in today, but I was still logged in. I don’t understand if I’m self employed why I need to log in and out. Looks like I’m not self employed at all. Please fix this app, and please don’t tell me I didn’t log out. I know many others have this problem. NOT HAPPY!

Stopped working

This app suddenly stopped working for me. I can no longer sign in for my client visits. I’ve deleted the app- no luck, I’ve turned my phone off & back on again - no luck. No longer recognizes my email address. I’m beyond frustrated.

Garbage app

Just downloaded it. I can’t set it up without confirming my old password FOR AN APP I JUST ACQUIRED. I dreaming of the day the App Store let’s you rate something zero stars.

Stopped Working!!

This app was very convenient for my EVV clients for several months until every login attempt failed. When logging in, I get several different error messages; “Invalid Credentials,” “User doesn’t exist,” “User is inactive,” etc. I emailed customer service and they sent me a password reset that did not resolve the issue. I contacted my agency to verify the credentials and had everything right on their end. They told me to contact customer service at Sandata Technologies. Still have yet to resolve this issue after several attempts.

What the heck

Since last week I haven’t been able to log in for my client.. when I type to put in my info it doesn’t work and even when I go to the actual site it says my user doesn’t exist. What is going on with this app all of sudden?!!
