Fly-by is a Education app by Luis Moura. Determines the anticipation, in nautical miles, to fly-by a way-point or VOR/DME station given the inbound course, the outbound course, the bank angle, the roll-in and roll-out rates, the ground speed and the height above the VOR/DME station.
