Used the metered up app. Still got a ticket. Now it’s up to me to got through process of disputing a ticket. Never again
If you have an issue. You get no help. If you want to contact someone. Have fun talking to a computer. If you want to get help in any way on this app my best way of fixing it is just delete it off the phone
They sold my info… Login and password were corrupted…
My problem with the app is that every time I’ve used it except once I was ticketed. Everything I’ve had to send my receipt showing I was ticketed erroneously. Not worth using if the parking authority isn’t going to honor.
Worked for a while, now gives wrong location. Enter kiosk number manually, comez up not valid. Scan the QR code on the kiosk, comes back not a Philadelphia locatio.
