Terrible customer service.

You received a two instead of a zero because there is a wide selection of movies, tv shows, etc. But you never allow me to watch them. Once you’ve bounce me back of the system it takes, sometimes weeks for me to be able to login. I pay 2.99 instead 1.99 but it still asks for an upgrade. When I apply for another upgrade. It sends me to a blank white screen that never changes. I been trying for over six months m. Contact me when you fix the problem. Mrs. D. Bell

Videos won’t load

Videos were able to load for a week (speed was spotty and not great. Stuttering quite often). and then a couple days later videos won’t even load up and play. Terrible experience.
