Terrible pairing

I purchased this to more easily load my data to Strava for swims and runs however, it won’t load my data to Strava and customer service never got back to me. Will bring this back if not corrected.

Connectivity issues

I’m facing a big problem to connect the scale 700 to my Android xs (ios 14.7.1) when the app tells you to get on the scale it crashes right after. For my android device (android 10.1) I’m connected to the scale, but sometimes the app tells me that the Bluetooth is off and sometimes I can’t find the scale anymore and I have to delete the device and pair it again.
