1. All games in the EVS Coach series were developed in partnership with the Energy Innovation Center and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) with the goal of providing game-based practice to environmental service employees in-training.

3. Patient Protector challenges environmental service employees (EVS) to look over supposedly clean rooms and identify issues that were missed.

4. EVS Coach: Patient Protector along with all games in the EVS Coach series contains simplified aspects of environmental services training.

5. The games are intended to be used as part of a larger training curriculum and, as such, are not complete representations of all aspects of environmental services work.
