Surest for Android

My old insurance plan was confusing and full of surprises. Crazy how many surprise bills I got. This has been much easier. It’s not perfect. But I love that I know what I’ll pay before I go. And I found I’m spending less when I do. My wife loves it too - great with our kids.

…to a health plan without benefit and price transparency. It’s silly to “buy” healthcare without knowing what I’ll pay - I can shop and ask good questions about recommended care because I have the Surest app. I’ve planned more therapy care than ever before. And it keeps getting better! Thanks for ability to see claims under review - I like to see that Surest has claims from my recent visits.

As a person with moderate healthcare needs, bind (surest)was amazing. Beyond the transparency, the trade from deductible to Co-insurance let me spread the expenses across time rather than having to pay 3000$ or more in the first few months. My new employer has United but doesn’t offer any palatable options.

All these terrible reviews are making me not want to even try with this app. Good thing is when I’m trying to log in for the first time, it’s sending me a code to my phone to verify and I never receive it. Uninstalling…

What is the point of having an app if I can’t even use it for anything? Trying to schedule a simple virtual checkup for any of the providers just redirects me to a separate website that I have to create another account for. I am incredibly disappointed and regret every day switching away from Kaiser.
