Reviews

It doesn’t do anything

This app used to remote control an Elmo robot, and now it does nothing. The app is just squiggly lines. The App Store says my phone is supported by the app, so that’s not the issue. Looks like the developer just shut down the app.

Nothing ever happens ☹️

When looking threw all the reviews I thought this app wouldn’t be that bad, but I was wrong. I took only 10 seconds for it to download, but once I opened the app and pushed the play button, it just took me to a blank page with squiggles of different colors, and even trying to to start all over again didn’t work, nothing happened. Please fix this bug, it’s either a bug, or I don’t know what to do.

Frustrating

Just downloaded the app on my phone and my sons tablet and it goes to the second screen with no directions etc....not sure what to do. What a waste!

DO NOT BUY!!!

This device is 100% dependent on the app connecting to it and controlling it. After trying with several iOS and Android devices I was unable to get it to work. Their customer support pointed me to a app called LightBlue which would show the Coji robot Bluetooth and allow my phone to connect to it but still the App was completely blank and unable to pair. After reading the reviews seems like others have this issue too. Do not buy this product and I’d caution buying other things from this manufacturer.

Doesn’t even work

I opened the app on my Mobile and the screen is blank. I can’t go forward or backward on the page once I open the app. Complete waste of time. I can only open and connect with the device on my Samsung so perhaps it’s just not compatible with Android devices.
