App Won’t Work

Upon receiving alerts the app will try toopen but gets stuck in “spin” mode. Have tried opening directly and the same thing happens. This has happened on numerous occasions days and weeks apart.

Only two evacuation shelters appear and they are both ANIMAL shelters. Woof !

Download trouble

I downloaded app, and received the option to download additional material. Received alert that unavailable, check internet availability. Internet at full capacity, with no other access competing for bandwidth. Fix?
