Does not sync sleep data from Google Watch 8 / Health app to Fitbit app. Total waste of money. Will sync steps to fitbit, but who needs that?!
Has stopped working well. Health and Fitbit steps register, but do not count in Fitbit challenges.
I was really hoping this would work as described in syncing my Google Watch to my Fitbit app. After giving it a couple of days to adjust, It does not show any improvement. Unfortunately I thought I was saving money by paying for a lifetime use, but it was a waste of $70. It was a bad choice on my part. I would NOT recommend this app.
Not only does it not work but when I try to contact support it doesn’t work either. I finally got it to sync the correct steps total today (only for today…by deleting today’s activity off the Fitbit webpage, not app, but the rest are screwed up still). I shouldn’t have to manually delete the daily data and resync to make it correct. Please either fix it or stop pretending that it works. Search through all the recent reviews and you’ll see that it doesn’t sync for most people.
Seems like a lot of money for it to never stay synced or to auto sync to my watch.
