All meals expire within 3-5 days yet they only deliver once a week. Customer service is slow and does not provide any solutions. 4 deliveries in a row had to be tossed and I only got a small fraction refunded. Avoid at all costs.
I never complain, but the food taste absolutely horrible. Customer service is absolutely pointless and is doing nothing to help with the situation.
I can’t lie, the meals are pretty good. I was a loyal customer for 2 years. I ordered 6-8 meals every week. But their app is glitchy. You can get meals that you didn’t order sometimes. My recent problem is I tried to change my last order within hours after I was charged for my upcoming meals. They said the meals were already being prepared and I couldn’t make changes. I’m aware of the deadline to make changes but guidelines should be somewhat flexible if you’re within hours of the deadline. Basically they told me they can’t help me and don’t care if a customer of 2 years chooses another meal plan service. So yes the food is satisfactory but the service and technology is mediocre at best. 2 year customer gone. Try being more human…
You guys are awesome. Today unexpectedly a freshly meal package was delivered at my door step. I wasn’t sure why it was delivered as I didn’t order any, I realized that my subscription was accidentally renewed by some promotional activity. I called freshly and informed them, they immediately initiated the refund process and gifted me the entire meal package.
This is a greatmeal delivery service! Every meal tasts amazing!
