Full purchase being asked to pay every month

I purchased this app when it first came out as fixed price and now I reinstalled it and its asking me to maintain a subscription?? Restore purchase is not working either. Please help.

Doesn’t work

It quit working so I did all the usual things, rebooted Android, deleted app and reinstalled it twice but will no longer work.

It was working fine until I changed my Tesla Account password. Now I can log into it with the new PW or the old.
