Will not copy encrypted DVDs

The whole reason I chose this product is because other reviews said this would allow me to backup my DVDs so I could watch a digital copy of my DVDs on my home network. Unfortunately I got "Sorry, encrypted DVDs can not be imported" every time I tried. So much for that plan.

Works well

I’m using this to copy DVDs. It works pretty well once you get past finding the directory to drag and drop. I’m using the Android version. You need to select your computer name under the devices heading in finder. Then, if the DVD is inserted you will see it listed along with the other hardware on your machine. If you click on the DVD name the directory will be displayed. That’s what you drag and drop.
