That app is a good option for you that don’t know how to start on your work out try you gonna love it !!
At $60/year this is by far the most expensive app I’ve encountered. And free version is not really free, it’s just a trial run as they put you in a situation where the only way the app is useful is to have a paid version. Dumping it. Nice app though - it should be, at that cost
I will be paying for this app because I think it’s worth it.
