The sound enhancement is all over the place. Max bass to Min bass… max treble to min. It’s like a 3 year old playing with the controls. This all started after the last IOS UPDATE to 15.5.
I bought the best hearing aides Beltone sold 3 years ago and that app didn’t stay connected. I updated my Android to the max. Didn’t work. Beltone came out with new hearing aides with Hear Max app. Same problem, won’t stay connected and my left hearing aide was replaced because it was defective and the replacement stops charging after being 90% charged. What a total waste of money! I miss phone calls and texts because the app isn’t connected.
I find my old hearing aids were more comfortable, these behind the ear style I am constantly pushing back in my ear, the hearing max does not keep contact with my phone and no one can tell me why.
