Update again….. June 2022….Not working at all for over a month. Why does this program always seem to have issues. I emailed the developer with no response. It is not worth the continued aggravation and the money that I put into this dumb game just so I can get the encouraging quotes. What a waste of time and money. OK, now, it was working and I was able to actually play the side mini games that they have since I am 100% through the game. So every day I would go on and try to continue to play if they had a new site game they usually would last anywhere from three days to five days. However, now it is stuck again and I am no longer able to open it. I don’t know it’s because I went through all of the games and have been collecting the daily bonuses that it doesn’t know how to work after you have completed so much. However I thought that because they had the same games they would keep on top of it and make sure that it will continue to work. It is dead in its tracks again. It only loads to 45% and then get stuck, so I can’t even check in daily. I may have to delete this app and lose all my data if I wanna continue to play, because the storage must get to large, because I cannot figure out why I continue to have problems every so often. Added On day 420. Game no longer works. When I open it it reads “could not parse report into lines” so now I cannot do anything. I guess I can start all over 😠 delete app and lose all my data! Added on day 165. Aug 9. Watch your boosters and hints closely. Because you will lose them! They steal even after you pay for them. I had over 20 hints and after the update I had one. I am updating because although I enjoy playing it, when it has updates you lose boosters that you have earned and saved. So they think you’re going to continue paying. and I just about had it. I am actually contemplating deleting this game altogether because it’s not worth the money since you can’t trust it and I don’t have time to watch it that closely. But I know I just lost 20 hints. You cannot trust this game manufacture. Like anything out there today it’s all about the money.... Added Sep 26, yes I still play this. I even tried to access the developers website so that I can tell them that 454 was broken because it still showed that I had two grass tiles left before I could solve, but there were no grass tiles left on the board, so of course I had to quit, or purchase more gems to try to clear the “invisible grass” tiles. Seriously, it’s been a month or longer checking in daily looking for the new level, and downloading my daily bonus booster/s, so hopefully I would not have to purchase more boosters which are needed to complete most levels. I keep saying it’s not worth it, but I enjoy the motivational phrases, and I enjoy chilling after at the end of the day. It can be very relaxing game, if only they would actually have levels added more often, and that they would work. I do enjoy the short side games they have for special occasions or when they are taking so long to keep the normal levels coming. So they create a special 6-9 level mini game to keep us coming back. However, since I cannot access the developers website to repot the problem, I’m thinking level 454 is going to be the last.

If your game is no longer loading, please reach out to the support email address. They are amazing!!! Changed from 1 star to 5 star based on the exceptional customer service! Thank you!!! This is by FAR my favorite game - I play it several times a day, but since the most recent update, it no longer loads. I’ve completed the game (got to level 500) and now play the bonus games, so it would be the biggest bummer in the world to start back over at level 1. Please, please fix!

Unless you want to see the John Rusk quote about quality a billion times, find a different game. The only way to avoid that quote is to restart your phone every. single. time. Funny how that quote is about quality and this game is lacking that very thing. Hmmm

As of latest update in early May 2022, app no longer loads! I have played this game since the beginning. I’ve hit level 500, so I play all the special events. I have many boosts, hints, etc earned so please fix ASAP!

I do play this game several times a day. Recently just before the update the app stopped loading. It’s has been well over a week. It will not load despite all my attempts. I am quite upset as it’s the ONLY game I play on my phone. Not sure what to do at this point. Assist?
