Great watch and app. I wanted it mostly for swimming in the middle of nowhere and the GOS connection is good. Syncs with Strava as well

Update broke GPS:-(

More testing required, as an app update broke AGPS update with my BIP:-( It shows the update percentage but finally says update failed. I can no longer start a gps based workout from watch now! Amazefit support suggested me to dump the watch for a new one instead of root causing the issue which might affect multiple other users.

App not working—-keeps FREEZING UP!

I don’t know what is going on with this app. It was working perfect until the upgrade…anyone else having issues. I tried getting ahold of customer support and it is like pulling teeth…almost impossible. I emailed once and they never returned a response. I will not change my rating unless this gets resolved. I really like the Amazfit 5; too bad the app is crap. 😞
