Terrible App

The watch is amazing and that is the reason I gave one star but the app is stupid. When I connected my watch it was not at all connecting so I kept trying and it worked but when I used it the second time while opening the app I was logged out and I am still trying. I did everything from my side. It still isn’t connecting! Terrible experience!

No longer getting Message app notifications

Very annoyed because after trying every troubleshooting tip I could find on the internet, my Galaxy Fit is no longer getting notifications from the Messages app! I get notifications from every other app.

Doesn’t work

Same issue like everyone else here, I have an Android 13 pro since upgrading to iOS 15 the app became a doorknob, endless cycles of rebooting or cannot find the band even though it’s paired to the phone. And the same bot response to everyone. But, the reality remains that last time the app was updated was 2 months ago.

DOES NOT WORK WITH IPHONE

Very disappointed that this does not work with Android no matter what you say. I guess that gives me a reason to get rid of all Samsung products now

Will not connect or stay connected

Incredibly disappointed. I have an Android 11 and my gear2 pro will not connect. Once in awhile it says it is connected but will not sync at all. Stuck with Fitbit or an Android!
