You have forced an update to your app and now I can no longer use it on my iPad because I can’t upgrade the iPad any further. Guess I will have to cancel this. You didn’t have to do this.
as of about a week ago airplay worked great, but now it doesn’t work at all and will typically result in an error message being displayed. This is a shame because Apple TV and Roku native apps are no longer being offered like they were when it was linda.com, so airplay is pretty much the only way to watch the videos on a larger screen
I log in just fine on the web but through the app it’s asking me for credentials I don’t even have. I have a library card but it’s asking for a Library ID specific to my local library saying it should be in my invite email. What email? Guess I’ll stick to the laptop.
The most recent update will not allow to me log in to Learning. Please fix.
It appears that you no longer provide support for my iPad. The app Keeps telling me to upgrade the version of the app in iOS. However, the new version requires iOS 13 or later. My iPad Air can only update to iOS 12.02. Getting a new iPad is out of the question, because it’s not in the budget. This is unacceptable. There are no subsidies to make such a purchase.
