They just completed a system update that did not allow live wagering for about 48 hours. When the live betting lines, came back online; there were only about a third of the options as was before. The chances of winning became much decreased. Every time they do an update your chances go down. This isn’t the same app when it was released a year and a half to two years ago. Less & less options to bet live. MGM OFFERS NO COMPS FOR USING THEIR APP. As of year to date I have made 1300 + bets @ $150 avg bet. $300 k so far this year alone. No comp point at all offered or given. BIG CORPORATE doesn’t need to. We will still use their app.

The Draft Kings app is faster and more reliable. If you’re in Las Vegas don’t bother with the MGM app. It will be a frustrating experience.

I wish the Nevada BetMGM App had cashout options like the other state’s BetMGM apps do. I’m not sure why Nevada doesn’t offer it but others do? Also wish they offered more sports like other apps do such as KBO, other golf tournaments other than just PGA such as Champions tour, LPGA etc.

Cannot logon with Face ID is the start of the problems. Then once logged on get ready for the crashes. Finally the app frequently cannot determine my location. Just too buggy to use on a consistent basis. STN is far more solid for everyday use and from a technology standpoint.

Really an iffy app sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t they need to make updates
