Google iOS and Android devices automatically save newly snapped photos in the Google proprietary HEIC file format, that contains less data per file without noticeable loss of image quality. Frack! Why is this app even ON the Google store, when it cannot work with Google images? Why do the developers bury this fact at the bottom of the app info where nobody will see it?
