I’ve never been so disappointed! I purchased a 2017 QX60 with great mileage only to find out NONE of the appt work. I thought this was supposed to be a luxury car. My trade in had EVERYTHING and didn’t cost as much. SHAME ON YOU INFINITY. I can’t wait to trade this car in.
Love the app and both our vehicles!
FaceID doesn’t work. One of the basic functions and you failed to do that? Total failure :(
Purchased a new 2022 QX60, I like the fact that the App allows me to start and stop the engine. I’m also able to unlock and lock the doors. However, the app on my Android will not work with Face ID for some reason. Also the app will not stay logged in. Every time I use the app I have put in my username and password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. PLEASE FIX to get 5 stars!
I purchased my second Q60 (22) on December 1st of 2021 and have been very happy with all the electronic updates. I got the Grand Blue color and my car looks spectacular, handles and drives great. The safety features are so well integrated and so far ahead of Honda offerings that I can hardly believe that both cars come from the same place! I live in a high rise and being able to access my car to start it up in the snow at 5 and 6 degrees this winter via my AT&T account was a blessing. I also have a 2021 Honda Ridgeline (Black Edition) which is supposed to be the best thing Honda has and my Infinity beats Honda hands down! Honda’s electronic features are ancient and absolutely backward compared to my Infinity. If Infinity made a pickup truck I would sure get rid of my Ridgeline. I’m 83 years old and was beginning to lose confidence in my ability to continue driving until The Q60 safety features and driver aids restored it completely. In February and March I had to make 14 three hour trips totaling just under three thousand miles in all kinds of weather and every road condition in North and South Carolina. I felt safer in my Q60 now than I did driving every other luxury car you can think of from Cadillacs, Buicks, Seven Series BMWs, Teslas all over 70 years of driving. I could drive my Q60 in confidence to California stopping only once every four hours, easily eight hours a day. Thank you NISSAN INFINITY!
