Went to QuickChek today to use my free coffee. GONE! Not even a “contact button” anymore. 0 stars. Been using the last 2 Apps without a problem. What a waste of time!
It’s insane how bad this app is. The best part is the developers responses “we know it’s bad! Corporate just doesn’t care :(“ WaWa all the way
I agree with the previous review. I have given 3-stars as I do love the app itself but disappointed the only way to get myWaitrose card number in is to scan a card I no longer have - fail.
Since the app was updated it no longer works on my Android. As soon as you scan the QR code to start a shop the app crashes.
This used to be a great app especially in times of COVID-19 as you could scan and put items immediately in your own bag. No need for the items to come in contact with the trolley or the till. Unfortunately, since the last update, the QR code to start shopping at my local Waitrose no longer scans so the app is useless. It scans barcodes but doesn’t scan the initial QR code. The app doesn’t provide an alternative to start shopping (e.g. manual input of store code and customer loyalty number). Would be great if the developers at Waitrose would fix this vital flaw asap.
