This app is horrible. So difficult to navigate. Can’t change any info. Can’t find anything. This is just horrible. I would never recommend this app to anyone. Easier to send emails.

There was an ad that I thought was messages and now I’m getting scam calls and emails. Kind of hard to upload videos and pictures but overall it’s an ok app

The app worked great for our first season. Needs some improvement and debugging. Our team has had some issues receiving notifications. Making getting the word out a little difficult. Other than that love how organized the information is.

The SSU app has been good and worked well for our purposes as “baseball parents” in the past and there are a lot of features we like about it, but it has become very buggy lately and seems badly in need of an update. In recent weeks, I and all the other parents of our little league travel baseball team have begun to experience multiple glitches on the regular. We are no longer getting notifications when messages go out in our chat and so we are delayed in receiving important team info, and the app “forgets” the same few specific games I have already chosen “attending” for repeatedly and every time I open it, it asks me whether my son is going to these same games or not. (Even after I confirm that he is, it isn’t registering in the spot in the schedule itself so I have to double the effort. Every.Single.Time.) Another parent tried posting photos and the app wouldn’t let her or register that she had. And when I just tried the “report a problem” feature, I got notified that that function has been disabled, which is not a good user experience. It also doesn’t save a lot of the info from past seasons in an archive as many other more regularly updated apps do, so a lot gets lost without any notification. It would be nice to have the option to keep some schedule info/photos/rosters stored from previous seasons for as long as you have the app. In any case, is there a remedy for how to fix this? Do I have to delete and reinstall it and if I do that will I lose what little I do have of prior seasons and will I have to start all over? In the App Store (I have an Android 8), it says the app’s last update was two years ago. That’s a very long time for updated versions these days. Any chance one is on the horizon to fix these glitches? I’m looking forward to feedback and help from anyone who is able to guide us. Thanks, Cat S.
