Ok, so “Just Press Record” for your Android is not what it claims to be. It’s a complete scam and ripoff scheme. It does not record any phone call, any type of conversation with anyone on Earth or Mars for that matter. I emailed the company and this was their response. I had to put it in text since the App Store does not allow attachments or anything else. Product Support (The Open Planet Team) 31 May 2022, 17:34 BST Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. Just Press Record was not designed to allow the recording of telephone calls. Just Press Record technically cannot not record telephone conversations - the iOS Phone app takes over the audio hardware during a call and third party apps simply do not have access to the microphone during a phone call.
Stop looking for other recording apps. This works great for everyone. Including people who use voiceover. Just buy it and stop worrying.
I am writing this review because when I was updating this app, I was kindly asked to review it. This app doesn’t have popups or interruptions. I podcast & record on the go. I was having some issues with the stock recording app on my Android. I have recorded segments over an hour in length using Just Press Record. With the other stock app on my Android, I lost multiple recordings when pausing & recording, pausing & recording over the course of the day. I have never had that happen with Just Press Record. I have never lost a recording & use it very regularly. Daily. Very reliable. Intuitive & easy to navigate. Different recording qualities & microphone options with different phones. This app is one of the best I have used & I rely on it for my podcast. Very happy with my purchase!
The Google watch feature provides flexibility and the app is easy to use. The audio is clear and the transcript feature is very helpful. I absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone!
