I installed software on my device (iOS) and after a couple months decided I no longer wanted RoboKiller because it was glitchy. Well it’s been almost 9 months now and I can not get the software uninstalled off my device. My voicemail no longer is taking messages and my phones ability yo make calls and receive calls is disabled at times. I’ve reached out to RoboKiller multiple times trying to get their software off my device and there is never any response. I will go through the steps and all is good for a few weeks but then all the sudden it’s reinstalled and blocking calls again. It’s been a nightmare
I’m so happy with this app.
I’ve used this product for years… it’s currently stuck on a loading screen… no clue what to do since you need to be able to get on to be able to deactivate it…
App often reverts to behaving as though it’s never been set up and for the past few weeks, it says “whoops something went wrong” after having done so, so now I have a subscription for which I get nothing. Might as well go with the cheapie spam blocker the mobile provider offers at this point. Support from within the app is trash; says ‘no internet connection’, yet here I am, posting this review, on the internet. Go figure.
just wish it was slightly cheaper 👍
