Slideshow Maker HD for Android

I've made slideshows befofre and this one doesn't work. I did not crop the picture when I tried and I was following the directions. Is there any way to get help for this app?

None of the support links works. The help guide isn't very detailed. The video is only showing pictures for a split scond with no transition. I hae it set to 5 second exposre with a 2 second transiton. Nothing is working and ther is no way to reach out for support. Very disapointed.

I have enjoyed this app and have done 2 slideshows for people I love. There are things I could have used more guidance on to get it as I would prefer. The music was the hardest for me to work to get it right and it could have been better.

This app has been very helpful in producing a good quality, easy to make video. It seems to have improved somewhat since the last time I used it. I do have some suggestions for improvement (although I admit that the lack may be in my own understanding of how to use the features). I wish music could be easily faded out and other music faded in. I thought I saw that feature but it did not work as I had hoped. Also, it would be nice if one photo in the lineup could be made to fill several spots (so that the video remains on one picture for an extended period). Otherwise, it is pretty straight forward for an inexperienced IT person like me! Thanks!
