Also ich finde es gibt bessere Optionen ja man kann Bilder von dem Essen machen aber oft stimmen die Angaben nicht diese kann man auch nicht bearbeiten nur die kcal. Die App erkennt auch nur essen auf einem Teller so richtig also Shakes von esn und so werden dann mit 34 kcal berechnet und ohne Proteine oder sonstiges angezeigt. Für mich also eher nix dann bleibe ich doch lieber beim selber aufschreiben.
I’ve been using the App for a few days now and here are my thoughts: - The Idea with the pal is very cute. But there is no form of interacting with the pet whatsoever. I’d like some more interactivity - one point that really bugs me is, that photos are the ONLY way of adding meals. Yes, that’s a cool and well working idea, but I often forget to track in the moment and then have to search for images online and then manually adjust the ingredients, instead of adding the meal manually and then setting the picture to an emoji or an ai generated image, that would be very nice
This app is simple to use. Add a meal by snapping a picture. Surprisingly it’s quite accurate in guessing the weight most of the time. Also estimating calories seems to be over-all a good estimate. BUT if you know it’s not right, it’s not as easy to change. Either you edit the ingredients of your meal to exact weight and the macros may be calculated correctly. Unfortunately if you have like e.g. „Chocolate Bar“ as recognized food but you see calories are not right, when you change the calories to the correct amount the weight will adjust even if it was correct at first. So macros will be off. A nice feature would be to be able to change things manually to right macros or maybe the possibility to put in new foods the tool doesn’t know. Also if you change calories, please make it so that you can type it in, you scroll forever if it’s a couple hundred calories off. And a possibility to track food from the day before would be awesome! In conclusion, minor tweaks and it would be even better to use but it’s really nice to see if you eat sweets all day or doing a good job at getting your veggies and proteins in.
Cooles Prinzip, aber dass man ohne die Pro-Version nicht mal die Kalorienangaben sehen kann, ist echt schade
This app helped me understand better whether my diet is well balanced or not. I recommend it. It also pushes me to eat healthier and also to not forget to eat
